Protection has eligibility conditions and time limits. A transferable payment is not a cash refund.

These packages are for purchases, sales and combined moves. Legal fees, initial payments and third-party costs are different parts of your quote. Search benefits relate to purchases. Read your full quotation and terms before instructing.
Plus and Premium include eligible file transfer for up to 14 years. Purchase search replacement is subject to a six-month period from instruction and the applicable terms and exclusions. These benefits do not mean every payment is refundable.
Same-day setup on Plus has a 3:30pm instruction cut-off. Premium’s one-hour setup has a 4pm cut-off, with later instructions handled by 10am the next working day. Check the current terms and what is included in your quotation.

Yes. For a purchase, sale or combined move, one completed quote form gives you prices for Essential, Plus and Premium. Your moov Plan is a recommendation, not a commitment. You can compare the costs and benefits of all three without filling in another quote form.
We use your chosen transaction type to open the relevant quote form. The moov Plan asks about your priorities; the quote form asks for the property and contact details needed to calculate your costs. Keep a copy of your plan to discuss with our team.
No. Requesting a quote is free and does not instruct a conveyancer. You can review the prices, inclusions, initial payment and terms before deciding whether to proceed.
It relates to the quoted legal fee if the transaction does not complete, subject to the terms. Setup payments and third-party costs are treated separately. The protection included depends on the package, and some benefits transfer to another transaction rather than providing a refund.
No. Priority setup and handling can help with parts of the process, but the whole transaction depends on the property, lender, chain and other parties. If you have a firm deadline, talk to us about what needs checking before choosing your package.
